ZenTrading.ai provides Forex trading signals and related educational content delivered via mobile alerts and our web platform. Our signals are generated using backtested algorithmic models. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

The information and signals provided by ZenTrading.ai are for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this website or in our communications constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional advice. 5. Account Registration

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

6. Subscription and Payments

• The Service is offered on a recurring subscription basis at the price stated at the time of purchase.
• Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital information services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a subscription period has commenced. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to the Service, please contact our support team and we will work to resolve it promptly.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Redistribute, resell, or share trading signals or any content from our Service with third parties.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying algorithms or models used to generate signals.
• Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to access the Service without our express written permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, branding, design, and materials on ZenTrading.ai are the exclusive property of ZenTrading.ai and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial trading purposes only.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZenTrading.ai and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZenTrading.ai and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
